How do I access my membership content?

Log into your account through the Member Portal

Can I access my membership content on my mobile device?

Absolutely!  Your DeskFit® content is mobile friendly, just use any mobile browser you usually would.

How do I view and/or update my account information?

You can view or update your account information by accessing the DeskFit® Customer Center. There you can also view your current and past subscription charges.

How do I update my payment information?

You can change your credit card by accessing the Customer Center area in your DeskFit® membership portal.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password through the Customer Center. If you forgot your password go to the Login Page, click forgot password, and follow the prompts. 

Why can’t I access my DeskFit® membership content?

Check to make sure your account information is up to date, or if needed, reset your password, through the Membership Portal.  If your information is up to date and you are still having trouble accessing your DeskFit® content, contact us HERE.

Why am I not receiving your emails?

Check your spam or junk folder.  Make sure to mark emails safe from DeskFit® / LIFT Fitness® by adding us to your contacts or safe senders list.

What if I want to change my monthly membership subscription to an annual plan?

You can change it through the Customer Center.  Simply click the link on the page to Upgrade to Annual membership, fill out the form and we'll take care of the rest.

Will I have access to the past month’s content I might have missed?

We keep all information current to ensure you have the best program available.  Sometimes we will leave the prior month’s content a little longer in case you miss something.

What’s included in my DeskFit® membership?

At the beginning of each month, you will receive:
  • A new set of weekly workouts, quickly and easily done at your desk
  • A weekly lunch recipe from LIFT Fitness®’s Nutrition Blueprint®, designed to take the worry away from what to eat, and avoid less healthy options when often faced with little time during the busy workday
  • Monthly dinner and snack recipes from LIFT Fitness®’s Nutrition Blueprint®, designed to help you quickly get dinner ready from a long day at work; and improve your nutrition and give you more energy during the workday
  • Monthly bonuses to boost your performance on and off the job
All this in an easily digestible format so as not to overwhelm your already busy day!  And it’s accessible anytime from your Dashboard in the membership portal. 

What if I want additional help with my fitness goals in addition to my DeskFit® membership?

Aside from your membership, we offer additional programs to those who want to augment their DeskFit® membership, or who simply want to boost their fitness level faster.  We currently offer these programs at an additional cost.  Contact us to get more information (info@liftfitness.com).
  • Fierce & Fit Formula - A 21-day step-by-step program to restart weight loss, get stronger, and increase energy levels
  • Customized Workout Plan - A 1-month or 3-month workout plan, developed by one of our fitness specialists, and designed specifically to meet your individual fitness needs.
  • Private one-on-one coaching and virtual personal training with one of our fitness specialists.

Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Yes. There is no long term commitment. Your access will continue until the paid period is complete (month or annual) - you won’t lose anything by canceling early. We of course hope you stay with us because we love our customers, and the results you get are greater over time. We will also welcome you back anytime!

How do I cancel my membership?

While we are sorry to see you go, we understand DeskFit® may no longer be a fit for you. You can cancel through the Customer Center. We also recommend reaching out to us via email (info@liftfitness.com) 7 days prior to the end of the paid period.  Access will continue until the end of the paid period and you will not be charged further.  However, if there is any feedback or something we can do to help you, please reach out first to us via email at info@liftfitness.com or call 877-619-5521.

I canceled my DeskFit® membership mid month.  Do I get a refund for the remaining month?

Because all monthly materials are available and accessible at the beginning of each month, no refunds can be given for the current month. Your access will remain open until the end of the month. Rest assured that you will not be charged for the following month and your account will be closed at that time.

I paid for an annual DeskFit® membership but wish to cancel.  Will I get a refund for the remaining portion I paid and will not use?

While we are sorry to see you go, we understand DeskFit® may no longer be a fit for you.  Given the discount on annual memberships, there is no pro-rated refund, however, you will not be charged again and will continue to receive the membership benefits until your year is up.

If I cancel my membership, can I keep the content I received while my account was active?

While you won’t have access to the membership portal after you cancel, you are welcome to keep any content you downloaded for your personal use only while an active member.  Our terms and conditions can be found HERE, which prohibits use or sale of our materials by a third party.
